hi metal man, im using a two shoe clutch system and yes im using the spring on the clutch. I dont know why taking off the spring will reduce temps but i will try. I´ve talked to tekno and they say that maybe the hight temp on the bell its cause of low rpm or riding at low speed, i havent tried on the truck yet.

Yes, the low speeds or low RPM setups will slip more, creating more heat. Removing the spring will let the shoes fly out without needing as many RPM's to do so. Please post your setup and we may be able to figure it out for you. But in general, the clutch needs ~30K RPM or more to be in the sweet spot (just like a nitro engine).
