10. If you subscribe or get more than one RC magazine a month (You might be addicted to RC’s) No but grab 2 or 3 when I roll into the LHS, used to have some horrible one dilivered off the kids cubscout mag. drive
09. If you haft to have the latest and greatest RC that comes out regardless if you need it or not (You might be addicted to RC’s) Nah I let you boys throughly test it then its not the latest but I know its the greatest !!
08. If you don’t care how much money you have to spend to get your build fixed after the weekend out with the boys. (You might be addicted to RC’s) Bragging about how bad you ate crap and messed up your truck is generally reserved for us bashers, count me in on that 1
07. If you walk in to your LHS and they all know you buy your first name. (You might be addicted to RC’s)What if they stare at you like you're going to steal something, that count ?
06. If your photobucket contains more pictures of your builds than your kids. (You might be addicted to RC’s)My builds are beautiful, those arent even my kids forget 'em
05. If you converted your garage or loft to a workshop and display center for your builds (You might be addicted to RC’s)Guilty as charged, can barely fit my car in there now
04. If you have more builds than you can drive in a weekend (You might be addicted to RC’s)Not sure how to vote on that, I never have enough running due to question 8
03. If spend more time on the forum than with your family (You might be addicted to RC’s) I thought you were my family ?? Aww man back to Social Services
02. If you start to sleep with your build on your bed (You might be addicted to RC’s)Tucked one in bed once to take a picture that must count
And the # 1 sign that you have issues!
If you have Mr. Monster cell # pre-programmed in your phone and when you call him for something he knows it you by your number. (You might be addicted to RC’s) No, But I have the numbers of many that do so Im just as screwed
If you answered yes to 1 or 2 of these there is still hope for you / all is not lost
If you answered yes to 3-5 of these your slipping fast and need to seek professional help!..
If you answered yes to 6 or more of these then Welcome to the Monster your a Regular!..
Im a 5-6 mainly through denial

Work because i gotta, play because i wanna
People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

Funny, my LHS used to call me at work for answers to tech questions. I also used to go in after work and sell cars and service stuff... I was offered a job more than once and they even tried to sell me the place!

The one that I always liked to let you know you are addicted to RC is that anytime you drive by a construction site or see a pile of dirt, you think what a great bash spot it would be or how cool of a jump that would make. I find myself doing that all the time! My wife cracks up that I do that. “Oh yeah, look at that rock pile!” or Wow, killer hill to climb!” Anyone else find themselves doing that too?

Well I can safely say that #1, #5, and #9 does NOT apply to me.
With #5 NOT having a garage or loft certainly helps.

So what about those of us who are employed by the LHS? 8 months ago I probably would have gotten 8/10 (no 2 or 9). Now it's more like a 6...
This is an extremely hard addiction to fight, I know! I go through withdrawls almost weekly, at least I have all this homework to keep me occupied... (yeah right)
SH Z-Car, Custom Crawler, 8s Savage, 12s XTM XLB 1/7 buggy, 4wd 4-link rear/IFS Pro4 truck, Custom Hyper 10 Short Course, Belt-Drive Mammoth ST 1/8 truggy, 4s 17.5 MM Pro HPI Blitz

I can see you Jerry...
Hey thats not too funny for us. Because of the job and working/living all around the world we have to live in housing that is on the local economy most of the time and we always wonder if it is bugged or if it has hidden video cameras installed for spy survalence type stuff. Diplomatic security is always a serious issue for us. We have Embassy's in some pretty shakey countries and a lot of the housing is seriously questionable. At least here we live on a US Army base, so no worries about you or anyone else watching over us.
