Bl Dreamer: I just want to commend you on your attitude and your gratitude towards the situation and dealing with Castle. It's all too often that we see posts where someone is upset at a company for not handling an issue the way they would like. In your case, it's the opposite...you expected nothing and received excellent customer service. I'm sure that most companies wish their consumers were as honest and willing to accept the responsibility as you have been.

I had the same thing happen on the same sort of motor, although mine broke in an Evader during a run up the street.

They sorted me out under warranty too!

Castle sure is a great company and they got there by doing the right things.
They build good stuff, they listen to customers input and it reflects in new hardware and firmware updates and finally they stand behind their products.
The brand loyalty with Castle customers is VERY high for good reason.
