Good street tires?

Looking for a good street tire for one of my "special" builds.

I have a few criteria to meet:

1. Must be no less than 5.75" tall

2. Must be able to be mounted to a rim that offers zero offset (such as a stock maxx wheel, hex size does not matter)

3. Must be able to handle speeds of 60+mph, I can/will tape and balance the tire, and use molded foams if available.

Ultimate grip is not that important, as I will most likely just be driving in a straight line. I would like a tire that does not wear too quickly...
