so i found time to crack the seal on this battery ,and guess what? there is absolutly no f$ing way anything can be wrong idont understand how one battery can charge fine and this one flips out.all connections are good
Well, if thats the case, then I would say either the metal contacts are dirty or damaged on the charger probably, since a sepertae test of the lipo revealed all the cells to be pretty well balanced. Perhaps a little inspection of that is in order... (turn it off though of course first).

that's what i thought about my zippy pack. i gave each little wire a gentle tug, and sure enough, the yellow balance lead came loose and once soldered up, problem solved.
They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
