A Couple of Motor Questions

I have an original HV4400 Maxx Motor that I've been thinking about upgrading.

I noticed the endbell/rotor upgrade comes with the smaller diameter rotor.

Then I notice the larger stronger 14mm rotor sintered tuning rotor is sold separately.

Does Novak sell the endbell upgrade with the 14mm tuning rotor?

Another question. What is the kv of a HV4400 motor running a sintered tuning rotor?
