Actually, you need a little lip to allow the inner and outer races to rotate independantly. Pretty sure I left the lip on yours, actually. :)

I'll send them in Mike...I think i ruined one (which I don't expect you to eat) if it isn't salvageable can you just charge me for a new one and make the mods on it?

Sir, I'm refering to the 9mm shaft/outdrive on the XXl diff, Not your coupler.
