Put small fan and blow all fumes away from your face. You will be awake for sure, it is ammonium chloride, and it is toxic...

P.S. There is another way to take coating of, but I do not like it...
You can burn it of with cigarette lighter, carefully, but then you need to clean it from oxide (some solder fluxes can do that) and you need to keep temperature below copper glowing, othewise it will break or melt (if gauge is small).
