I have never seen that many fans on one R/C vehicle. Considering that allot of guys run the CC MMM without a fan I think you are a bit overkill there. Six fans on one car is totally not needed. You could have installed an A/C unit and used less power, and dropped a few ounces in weight.

Why so many fans? All you really need is one on the ESC and one on the motor. Your losing half of your battery power on those fans, which will cut your run times by 30%. That thing will run in hell and not over heat.

You do nice work by the way. Your setup is clean and very neat. Great job.

Nope fans has their own power supply and CC Bec pro hahaha:-).
O well MMM can easily handle the extra weight it's 120A motor hahaha.
Also the fans don't weight that much:-).

Everyone has their own dream of what the perfect R/C vehicle is supposed to look like. I guess your dream is one with lots of fans? To each his own.

Yes I love to push the stuff to maximum.
I don't like playing safe hahaha.

And the temp. is about 116F with current setup.
Temp. is measured with Spektrum Telemetry temp. sensor.

You shouldnt have cut the sides off the motor fan mount- it is designed to funnel air down around the motor and between the fins to ensure maximum cooling & heat exchange- without the sides, the air is just blowing against that one spot under the fan and then dispersing..

Yeah I know, but the little fan sucks.
That's reason why I have 3D cooling hahaha

Question does the watercooling really helps a lot?
