Summer vacation?

Oh trust me if it were not for the Gov covering our travels there is not much chance that we would be able to do any of this. By law we have to take these trips in order to remain connected to the USA. At the very least we have to go back for six weeks between postings(every three years), and if the post is considered to be a hardship post, then we have to go once every year. So I am not complaining at all.

We have plans on picking up grandma in San Francisco in July and driving down to San Diego for a few days to visit with one of our other kids, and she wants us to drive through Vegas on the way back for a two day visit. So there will be some gambling in our near future around 13-14/July. Hopefully our luck will continue as it has in the past three visits. We had won enough every time to pay for the entire visit. God willing we will be winning again.

Went to Florida in April for the first time and got to see Orlando, DisneyWorld, Universal Studios, Downtown Disney, Isles of Adventure, Epcot, Clearwater and Cocoa beach and stayed at my millionares uncles mansion who lives in the same gated community as Tiger Woods and Shaquil Oneil, it was a blast for two weeks! My cousins worked at the parks so me, my sister and bro in law got in for free

I'm heading to Portland after the 4th to spend some time there, look around and check the sights and see if i want to move there in the future. May also go and check out a cool, indoor racing track and bring my Slash

Well we finally returned home from our summer adventure, and man what fun it has been. We managed to fly more than 15,000 miles, drive more than 3,000 miles, and visit Orlando, Fl, San Francisco, San Diego, El Centro, LA/Hollywood, Las Vegas, DC, Maryland, & Charlotte, NC, before heading home to Praha.

Even though Prague is not really our home it is nice to be back here amongst our own belongings wherever they may be. Arriving home and seeing all of my R/C toys hanging on the wall in the garage is such a beautiful site. Plus I had a nice package waiting for me from a friend over on the UE forum, and it was full of UE goodies. Now once I finally get re-settled and recover from jetlag I will have the chance to get back into the shop and play once again with all of my R/C stuff including my UE gear, which I truly enjoy.
