D... you I was in on those as well, but in Denmark the auction ended in the middle of the night, so wasn´t online at the end of the auction. Got myself a set of UE arms and knuckleheads a few days after though.

Picking up on an old thread here. How did the G4 perform with the monoblock installed?

I am also keen to hear about the pros and cons of the monoblock with this chasis. While I dont think I will ever get my hands on a gmaxx chasis, I am looking at the FLM LCG as a worthy choice coupled with the monoblock

Pros: better straight line stability, more weight forward for better steering*/less wheelies

Cons: larger turning circle, more limited selection of shells that will fit, need custom or other brand rear dog bone

The thing about the mono block is that it was conceived at a time when the emaxx/tmaxx was the shorter length- these days the stock trucks are the same length as an old maxx + mono block, so it has less value in my eyes- more of a nice item to have vs an essential one as such...
