I would use the 16, it would give better torque and better temps with the 9xl. Mine gets a little warm on 18t on the 10xl but is great, the 16t gives me too much torque but awesome temps, i can keep my hand on the motor without taking it off.

Squee, you are the man when it comes to Brushless. Your memory bank must be about full by now. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us. Lots of people don't like to share so that they can feel the smartest. Don't take geek as a bad thing cause one day I hope to be geeky too.Especially in the RC world. Keep up the good work and you can mess with my posts anytime.

Well shucks...:o. lol. Thanks man. I wouldn't know half of what I know if it wasn't for some of the members here. I still don't understand all that mumbo jumbo Brian talks about though :p.

Seriously, I don't mean to get into technobabble if I can help it, but when someone asks a question, I like to answer it fully. And to do that, sometimes you just have to use the technical terms.

Just in case anyone wanted to know the origanal topic before Squee and BrianG hijacked it lol. Brian must be real good at the Baffle part because I actually understand most of it. I couldn't ramble on like him but I can keep up with his rambling:005:
