Yes. The motor output leads are in parallel. Just use one (+) and one (-) connected to the motor. You can cut the other two wires off if you want to save the weight, however little it may be. That or solder each of the two (+) and (-) wires into one plug for a higher current connection. You can connect the batteries as usual.
