FLM Savage - LST Shock Mount Kit

Anyone using the FLM kit for mounting the LST shocks to a Savage? Is it any good? Ive seen some other LST shock mount kits with hokey looking plates mounted to the tower and lower arms and it looks flimsy to me. Does this FLM kit work well?

Will it work on a Savage X? I read in the store that it requires the FLM towers to work, I'm OK with that, but does it also require the FLM lower arms?

WOuld love to hear from someone who has tried it, especially if you tried it on a Savage X.
