Thanks Mike.

I need 20x30cm 3mm carbon fibre for the extended lower deck which is how i've decided to mount the cells.

I've decided to go that way to lower the c of g and to get the weight distribution further back.(although further from the centre line)

I've found a piece in the UK for £75 for good quality all carbon laminate. If you know of any cheaper please let me know.

I also found graphite plate at Graphite store.com which was only around $50 but shipping was over $100 from the US.

I'm going to make a prototype in ally in the mean time before machining the carbon.

Mike, i haven't recieved the motor and controller yet which you had sent direct from BK, i was wondering if you could check if it was sent yet.i know you've been waiting for 9920s aswell.I'll e-mail you about that anyway with the details.I'm also after some maximizer diff cups for the LST.Thanks.

I am chasing down a couple BK orders actually, and should have them all squared away by tomorrow(they have been a little backed up apparently, as I have been waiting over a month now!).
I will look into the CF for you, and will pick up the maximizer lst diff cups for you as well.

hello all!

After some runs I can say that this B-LST handle very well!
As fast as my "old" .27 picco !

I need to add some weight in the rear, it will be better for the jumps.
I will try with the yellow spring in the front.

Here is the pics of the plate:

How thick is that CF plate? I'd be worried about taco-ing it on a hard crash, heard of a few LST's doing it in stock form.

Funny you should say that, Dabid. I thought about the very same. I daydreamed about doing an LST with selfmade alu plates. X braces would cure the taco effect!

lol.
I don't have enough time to make another chassis.

Try to do it yourself, it's very easy.

Your LST looks great on the track! Too bad the track doesn't look as clean as your BL conversion!
