Just to add more to this thread. I ordered my one 1717 and one 1520 when they the clearance on two Fridays ago. Following Monday, I changed my order to 3 1717 car version instead of the previous order but I called it in. I received my 3 1717 and the box say car BL but it was an Air so the excitement from my box went out. I called it in and told them they had mixed up my order and they send me the replacement 3 car version today. I was so happy like a little kid getting new toys, checked it and first two that I open was still air version but the last one was the car version

I was pretty happy and I called Castle to let them know the problem. They took care of me, for the other guys who share the same problem with us being pissed off won't resolve any. I really think who ever packed the motors was having a Monday feeling. The price for the motor cannot be beat by anybody out there especially the Quality, R&D and knowledge on our hobbies. It is heartbreaking but we have to understand people sometimes makes mistake but they are willing to correct this so It's All Good. I also deal with customers on a daily basis and when they are mad I tend to work slower with their issues.

Castle Products is the best bang and performance for the money compare to others out there. Thanks.
