Patrick: One of us should buy that ESC and pull the S/N off of it and find out who it was entrusted to and take action (not sure what options are available) and the person who pays for it gets to keep it.

Funny thing is I just checked our survey results and the guy said he ran it like 4.5 hrs on a bunch of different batteries. So he is either lying to us or lying on ebay.

Ah well, we decided that since the first run of MMP will start shipping this week, we shouldn't worry about this.

So let them sell their MMPros, we're not going to worry about it.

They will be removed from the Beta list though.

Guess that means you figured out who the sellers are. Anyways on to more important things. The first run is shipping this week. :) Maybe I will be able to get in a race with my hyper 9 before the outdoor season ends.
