I agree. I've never had a problem ordering from Mike!

I just receieved another e-mail from Troy. He's doing what he can and as stated before quoted a time of "several weeks". Anyone else have outstanding orders? The squeaky wheel gets the grease

One thing I've learned is always pay with a credit card. Already got my chargeback money. Now as soon as RCM gets the combo's I may be able to get my buggy running.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. I am expecting the final list from Troy with any and all outstanding orders by Sunday evening. After that, it will take me some time to sort out the order in which I will begin sending orders. If you have an open order and haven't spoken up, now is the time. HOWEVER, email me the information, don't post it here as I have very little time to check these forums and don't get emails every time they are updated. Orders@b-p-p.com is where you can reach me. info@formerbppowner.com is where you can reach Troy.

I am working on getting a phone number added to our current business line so we can take calls for Bishop but be aware, the only way to get an old order taken care of is through me and Troy. Anyone who has initiated a chargeback or Paypal dispute will not receive their product as well as their money back through the chargeback process.

Only thing I ask, is that you be respectful in your communications with me and please be patient as I try to work this out with Troy and get everyone who has been waiting their orders.

thanks lutach. Dave has stated he will ship the orders and Troy will either secure a loan to pay Dave or owe him. Don't give up guys, and if you know of other forums where there has been BPP issues please post a link there to this thread, or tell me what forum it is and I will post a link. Can you imagine how many people just gave up? Let's make this right.

I give my hat out to you sir. I still don't have any sympathy for Troy though and everything I said before will stand.

New Bishop Power Products (All e RC), great job. Only good things will come out of this for sure. Please have a look at Mike's (The owner of RC-Monster) product's and carry it as well. Great guy and great products and I'm sure we all here will put our names on the line.

What about people (like me) who had paid with my bank account with Paypal but have not been refund by Paypal because the seller(B-P-P) has close his account? Look your PM please, I've sent you the Paypal response to my case ( order 615), thanks.

All of that information will have to be verified through Troy and I will NOT be refunding any past orders (one's that were placed with Troy) but I will be working with Troy to ship out any past orders that he took. If you want a refund, you will have to work with Troy directly and be prepared to be patient. Please don't PM me information. I don't have time to continue to check them. Please email me the information at orders@b-p-p.com.

And by the way, if you PM'd me on this site, I didn't get it.

Guys, this thread is getting out of scope. I think the intent was to provide information/help to BPP buyers for order delays/troubles related to the change of ownership. This is NOT going to be a bashing/arguing thread! If there are legal or order-specific matters to discuss, please use the email addresses provided by Bishop Power.

Personally, it sounds to me that he is doing what he can to make people happy. Let's not get stupid about this.

I will be going through some of the later threads and deleting/editing as I see fit.

Jayjay:

I agree that making the customers happy is the number one reason why you would want to take care of them. They are in fact our bread and butter and that is why I am doing what I am doing. Not to mention that I don't want anyone to feel like they got screwed when they bought from Bishop Power Products.

Someone else said they don't like the fact that I am stating that I am doing the customers a favor (although I didn't use that word I see how it could be implied that this is my attitude). I don't really feel like I am doing anyone a favor just that I am going above and beyond my agreement when I purchased the business. That's all, nothing more, nothing less. Word of mouth is a huge plus or minus for a business and I was hoping by me going above and beyond to help these past customers out, that it would help rebuild the Bishop name that many customers learned to trust. Somewhat selfish I admit (since I do in fact now own the business) but there is more to it then just self promotion. There is also my personal feelings that past customers should not be left in the dust.

Thank you Dave. I'm trying to moderate this thread as best I can. Your actions will speak for themselves.
