Yeah I had no idea either....just typed it into youtube and was very suprised. That 80A controller looks like no joke, and that motor looks pretty quick as well.

Just bought the 150A/ SL3674 motor ESC combo...200 shipped to the door!!!!!. Looking at the specs, the motor is the same diameter as a 1515, but the length is between a 1515 and 1521. So will be VERY interesting to see. I will post pics and details. I'm building a 3905 emaxx to race in the production monster truck class....so we will see how it does under alot of abuse.

I have the 150 combo and cant seem to fit nicely into LX1 ofna...not much room? Would mounting up high be ok or squeeze in behind batery on left side? I have the RCmonster motor mount. and impakt battery holder.

The 80A and 150A EZ Run's are big big ESCs for sure! I just got my 80A in for my buggy. Brute force engineering approach that's for sure. It's like the size of a White Castle burger! Would be a nice little snack for a Borg! I knew it was going to be big but the size is still surprizing once finally seen in-person.

Well I believe i smoked the motor last night on my 150 combo. Ran the car on testing for about 8 mins and broke the motor mount screws so it turned and locked up the drive links and now the motor wont turn over and is very hot to touch....oh well guess time for a new motor. After further discussion with other racers we think i had it way over geared at 18/44.
