the fd ones probably wouldn't hold 6s anyway. Anything you buy will have to be adapted/modded to fit the cen, so this time, I think making something yourself would be easiest.

Well conversion is almost done....first race is 1st week of Feb. I hope to get some runs on video soon. ;) Looking for some lowering shocks though.....probably steal the ones off my MMT since they are complete billet pieces. CEN shocks are plastic...ughh.

Finally got some pics......truck now has full front and rear swaybar kit as well. My gosh the difference the freaking swaybars make. I can take the truck into a corner at the track faster then even my buddies E-revo. Before the sway bars I was having to brake and throttle carefully to keep it from turning over. Now I can run into a turn almost WOT and drift it.....very nice upgrade for any Nemesis or GST owner.

JZ,

Are you running 4 or 6S lipos? Do you know how many AMPs (Spikes and AVG.) your set up is pushing?

Sounds good. Since I'm not doing any speed runs...amp spikes should be relatively low.

Sweet looking project. How do you like the way it handles compared to the G3R or any of the Maxx trucks? Your setup looks very good, all except for the wire hanger holding your motor in place. Just drill it out and put in a through bolt and nut in there. Great project.

Sent you another PM...Should I over night it, so you can use it for the race? It has 5.5mm (maybe 5mm not really sure of the size) female plugs and a single deans (You'll need a series adapter) on it already.

Outhandles my buddies E-revo which is also setup for racing as well as we race in the same class (production monster truck). He drove it himself and was completely stunned...hands down this thing is the most suprising truck I have bought to date. Tough as nails, and wow does it handle when prepped correctly. You can stand on it into a turn almost WOT. Drifts like a buggy.......very easy to jump as the batteries are in the center so it glides perfectly. The brakes are unreal even with the 13lbs weight....no fading even with lap after lap. The drivetrain is bulletproof, so no worries there. I am simply just VERY happy with the CEN truck. Will definitely be buying more of their product as they appear to just overbuild their truggys and trucks. I have always been a Traxxas and AE guy with a little XTM dabbling, and NONE of those trucks come close to this thing as far as toughness. I have smacked everything you can think off, and flipped it at the track on the triples, time after time......just flip it back over and go. Only problem was a steering rod end that broke in a Main....heck I'll take that any day.

'Tis an unwieldy looking beast for sure, but nice to know its durable- CEN stuff does tend to look beefy I have noticed.
