In the meantime, how about trying the stock setup using ball bearings instead of those pegs? There was a recent thread about them; you have to get the right size ones obviously and tighten the plates down quite well, but should make it last longer. IIRC, the plates get grooves worn on them after a while, but this should last long enough until the Strobe is in stock again...

actually here's a simpler solution add more pegs use 12 pegs instead of 6 plus its a heck of alot cheaper and last longer! ive never had to replace my pegs yet!!!


My e-maxx spends way to much time on 2 wheels sometimes even while taking a turn!

Thanks. I have been using 12 pegs since I melted my first spur 2 days after I first ran my E-Maxx.
