That problem wouldnt really be a problem, Id do 8s 5000 flightpowers, 3080 motor, and a MMM :)


The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

Yeah, but you know, I've already decided to pick up a MBX-5R with 6s 4900mah Evo20, probably a Kontronik FUN600-17 motor( quite cheap and effecient with pure German quality) and my 149.18 controller.

Hey, I also think a brushless Baja would absolutely rock. :) Maybe one day I'll be crazy enough to tackle it!

just for the record, I havn't had any problems with my 1/8 onroad, a PowerRacingProducts XR8.. 1215 2.5d on 5s, and it seems to like 55mph with my current gearing.. fairly easy project, except for the battery trays, but mike could probably make one for you.. but you've already decided, so good luck lol
