I wish I had known about the spark before I plugged in my (6S) batts the first time.

....scared the ever-living $*** out of me.

The 4S set-up doesn't seem to spark

Yeah, that would be some spark! It would probably incinerate the connector! With 84V you would need one of those 100V Ultra-HV controllers!

I accidentally used the wrong connector and put 10s into my MM and Castle BEC - It did give a rather large spark!!!

Unsprisingly the controller did nothing - I thought thats odd so tried it again! Equally large spark! DOH!

I then realised the mistake and plugged the correct leads in! Everything still worked - thank you Castle for building controllers for idiots like me!
