I have had 1 v2 so far - after 15 minutes running hard it's still working normally and I just added it to the poll.

I haven't plugged it into a castle link yet.

I'll respond if it blows up.

Well. My V2 died. It was acting wierd the last time I ran it. Not firing up the first time I flipped the switch and random crap like that. I went to turn it on tonight and it fired up and ran for 20 seconds and then shut down. I can get it to fire up randomly, but what it looks like is the BEC is putting out around 3v rather than the 5.5v its supposed to put out so the reciever cuts in and out just at the very edge of what it can run at. The servo is slow too when it is actually fired up. The V2 lasted one race day and 1 short 2 pack practice session before the BEC acted up.

So... the V1 that has been working for quite a while now(probably 6-7 hours of run time on it) is going back in. I'm glad I didnt send it in for a v2 replacement.

I hope they get this figured out. SOON! Its going back to CC Monday morning.

I'm just about ready to go back to the old heat moded Quark I have. At least I can count on that ESC. It has many many hours of reliable service.

Anyway I already voted sucess.... Please deduct 1 positive vote for a negative vote.

Don't forget that those numbers reflect only those who post. There must be others that work. Not everyone running BL is a member here ya know!

remember guys, the failure rate is less than 1%.

This forum is obviously just a gathering place of unlucky people.

Our sample size is up to 60 and we are still around a 45% trouble rate. Something doesn't jive...

Yeah but the 1500 in transit or on shelves haven't failed yet.

I was being sarcastic, I should have used a smilie but was eating a muffin and typing at the same time, you know how tricky it can get driving a keyboard with one hand.

Actually its not even that good. I voted sucess prematurely and would like to deduct my "working" vote for a "faild" vote.

No... but just about all. And it shouldnt matter. as long as we can get a statitically significant sample size we should be able to estimate the good/bad percentages within a reasonable number. The ESC showed up to use randomly so the failure rate should represent a random sampleing.
