I heard it was something to do with a combination of planetary alignment, solar flares, and insect droppings...

2 things. one: id prefer a solid soldered connection for the wires, but having them detachable makes taking off the case easier (hopefully that wont have to happen with V3!!!

also i dunno about everyone else but the first thing i did was take the bottom sticker off, so i could velcro + cable tie it down...

2: whats going to happen regarding the warranty? 12 months is slowly creeping by for some (a non issue for me )

in general, if something is replaced out of warranty (or in for that matter) is there another 12 months garentee added from the repair date?

thanks and sorry for a the questions!!

V3 will have the battery wires soldered to the board, but the motor side will still be the 6.5mm surface connectors.

2. Warranty shmarranty. (LOL!) We will update or replace (at our discretion) any V2 -- inside or outside of warranty. V1s will be replaced.

Even mine? It's "slightly" modified. Actually, I want to keep mine and am shooting for the longest running V1 award.

Patrick, any decisions made about our previous PMs?

I know I will be happy to get mine. I cant wait for the motors too. Right now I have so many fans and wires in my truck it looks like one of those 10 fan evap coolers in a freezer. The mamba and Castle motor will be such a nice clean install I cant wait.

Brian G can call me crazy, but those fans are the only thing keeping that Feigao motor from melting. Neil calls it the spinning toaster of death and he is not kidding.
