First of all, programming the BK does not take that much of time.
Secondly, the Schulze esc are programmed manually in most cases through 6 switches which are very small and subject to damage more than the red jumper that exists in the BKs.
Thirdly, Schulze do not have a good distributer in the USA and so does not BK, but atleast there is a place called rc-monster.com that provides top BK services and sell them for humble prices.
Fourthly, all BK esc are equipped with large, finned, transversed heatsink and most of the Schulze controllers do not use finned heatsinks.
Fifthly, many people fried their Schulze controllers whom I read about in many different forums besides the ones over here and I've only read once about someone who fried his BK 9918.
