Actually, they aren't replacing them in order. Not to single anyone out but my Monster was already at Castle for repair the day before TexasSP's failed and he has received an email saying his was on the way back to him but I got nothing. Also, I'm pretty sure DickyT would have posted if he had gotten an email about his replacement shipping and iirc his was the very first failure.

One of the irritations is that the testers went out to random people. I also think those should have gone out to the people that had the failures and in order.
I know jerry's did fail before mine and agree that dickyt would surely have been posting had he gotten an email.
Unless CC just decided to send me some free stuff because I am such a cool guy, the only thing I could be getting from them is the MMM. Of course mon-tues should tell for sure.

Alright, ignore that then. 2nd point remains though- just because a person may have ordered from overseas doesnt mean they will have to wait longer I would have thought. You'll be seen to as the escs become ready to ship.. in random fashion maybe...

Yea, they do... got my E-Revo there... the shipping isn't the cheapest though, but it never is when shipping overseas.

2 weeks is pretty normal shipping time for USA to Europe- I experienced quicker, and slower..

Patrick is human and we all miss things. I usually just look under new posts and reply to anything I have knowledge on. Perhaps Patrick does the same, he may not have read through the whole thread and seen your question. On the other hand if your trying to contact him why not try doing it through CC website and leaving him an e-mail or try a PM on here rather than throwing out a question directed to one person in a forum. Try contacting directly. CC has been very informative in the past and I'm sure they'll answer your question if you ask THEM. I e-mailed a question to them and had a direct answer within 12 hours. Don't rant and rave cause your question was answered unless you go to the source. CC is a great company and I think just about everyone on here has at least one of their products and anyone that has dealt with their customer service has been happy.

Fair point, I assumed (wrongly) that as this was a support forum for the company and that they posted on here my question would have been picked up, I'll try the direct approach.

I think TexasSP answered your question. Enough MMM's are being produced to fill current orders. If you have ordered or the store you have ordered from has placed an order from castle it will be filled and shipped when ready. Which as has been stated will not be too long. Patrick can not give an exact answer as there are a lot of other factors which could be involved with your order that could slow it down like middle men postage system etc.
On to lighter stuff though. I dreamt that I got the e-mail saying my MMM had been shipped last night. Is that sad or is that just normal for people on here.
Savage: FLM Conversion, 6s, MMM, CC 1520.
Mini-T Pro: Micro Pro 6800kv, Lipo, HS-81mg, Dirt Hawgs
M18MT: Quark 33A, Y22S 6000kv, FP 2s Lipo
LRP S8-BX: RC-M Conversion, Tekin RX8 B1600KV, 6S.
