I really do have to give it to CC in the Customer Service arena.
I got a call from Morgan this afternoon wanting to try and clear up how many MMM's were there that belonged to me.
I mentioned here that on the invoice I received with my V3 that CC has 1 still due to me and that is would be shipped soon. I had stated that I have 3 still at CC for repairs/replacement.
They must have looked at my username here and put it to the list of repairs and figured out who I was... ?
Regardless... I am impressed more than I had been. They definitely have something going that most US businesses lost long ago.
