People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

I put silver on the front and blue on the back, I like the springs but my 60 in front and 50 in back need to to go like 75 in front and 65 in rear, or 80-70, I bottomed out too much, but was not bouncy

Aren't those the LT springs?

The nose heavy problem i have may not be. the jump on my track that I was getting the problem with is profiled different from one side to the other, I tryed it from a different side and it flew perfect. I just need more power to find more problems. Thanks for the advise and i will try everything mentioned

It is perfectly OK to bottom out. That is why they call the bottom "skid plates" :)
In fact, the perfect track setup will usually bottom on the the biggest jump, but soak up the rest. If you set it up to not bottom out on the big jumps, it will usually handle the light stuff much worse(too stiff). If you are just jumping, then add 100 weight oil and some stiff springs and have at it.

Crazy - I don't find the g2R front heavy at all, really. Mine flies straight and true. The turning is impressive for the long wheelbase, too. I just got the rear setback arms(Traxxas part) in today, so I will mount these up and see what happens). I will get them listed in the store, too.

Thats what i mean, I tryed a different spot and it flew prefect so i have a jump problem not a noseheavy problem. As far as turning, I agree, I was running at the track today and had spectaters some were Nitro Revo owners and they said it turned better than theirs. hopefully saturday I'll be able to compare heads up with a revo. I can't run speed for speed, but i can compare handling

One more thing Mike. which motor would prefer for racing with 4s lipo's? : A 1940/8 or 9 turn, a 8XL or 9XL wanderer or maybe an option i haven't thought of that you may know.

The rest of the setup will be a 9920 or 12020 warrior and a set of scorpion 6400 lipo's races could be anywhere between 5 minutes to 30 to 45 minutes. thanks for any advice you can give me

I actually have a 1940/7 motor that is about perfect for 4s Lipo. The 1940/6 is also a great choice. The 8 turn needs a tall gearing, but this was my favorite for 5s Lipo. I think the 7 turn 1940 is my all around favorite, followed by the 8 turn.

don't try the p3 rockers without the proper rods, I tryed it and the suspension is too soft and too low

Sylvester. you need to switch the springs around. I have the blue in the rear and the silver in front and it is awsome. Much betterin stability and cornering. you need the stiffer springs in back.
