With the new 3.13 software under the auto lipo option is an option to change the auto lipo individual cell cutoff value.

It definitely has a smoother start-up now. I sheared a tooth off one of the gears in the tranny in my Rustler and it rather than cog like mad it overpowered my slipper clutch and smoked it

All I ever wanted was an honest weeks pay for an honest days work.

it is smoother, i practiced for a while at the small indoor track down the road on saturday and purposely drove at low speeds and putted around the infield for a lap or two. was hard to say how much better it really was running on 4s instead of the usual 6, but the fact that i noticed it means it was alot better. never had problems with the old software (like to stay on throttle!) but once and a while at neutral it would "freeze" until you went back to neutral and tried again (once every 25 runs or so?). impressed with the added auto lipo cutoff as its what i use, but more interested in the graphing tab and wanting to know if a data logger is on the way?

Just tested it! Its alittle smoother. I may post a video 2moro if that is a good idea.

I really like everything Castle is doing right now.

I just updated my Mamba Max and everything went well but I can't get my Mamba Monster V1 to recognize the Castlelink. It has worked well in the past and I have never had trouble before. Any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Has anybody tried to update a V1?

Thumbs up 05.20.2009, 06:36 AM

Castle Creations is the best.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my 2200kV motor arrive today after the Traxxas EVX2
blew the caps yesterday just pressing the off button.
So back in with the single motor plate and MMM on the EMaxx and I turned my 3S packs
into 2S packs anticipating some big power.

Wow - no need for 6S with this badboy motor, and now I check the forum and theres an
update for MMM aswell!
The ability for custom cell cutoff V is essential - so many people must have wasted huge
$$ in replacing Lipos prematurely without this feature. It really annoys me that all my
plane ESC's are fixed to 3V/cell or sometimes less.

If anyone does have some bugs after updating (my throttle went all 'funky' at low speed)
I recommend just redoing the updates and all the settings as for me this has fixed
issues both times now.

Thank you CC, you're #1. XX
