i sold sportsam that chassis. for 200 then he scammed me and got the money back, since i didnt sell it with the mounts. so he sold it either straight to you or someone else and then it went to you. i have the original tranny mounts dogbones and drive cups for it. if you are interested in them lmk and give me a decent offer. here are pics

Man, I think we need to have a sticky with a list of known good & bad sellers on ebay, so we know who to avoid whe buying/ selling r/c gear.

Hey emaxxthemonster, can you further explain how you got scammed when you were the one selling the chassis? I am just concerned because I have some auctions on ebay and need to know what to look out for and/or how to protect myself. I assume this has to do with Paypal allowing the buyer to make a false claim or something.

i recommend not dealing with sportsam at even if he had cheap ue parts. he asked me to end auction early. i recommend not doing that but he would not leave me alone. once they leave feedback its done with you cant do anything about that. if he files a claim once he leaves feedback give them a link to it. prove that he left feedback. he said that it was not all there, as i put in the description of the item mounts,dogbones,and drive cups NOT included. i told him to send it back and i will refund him his money. he eventually got a refund and said to me after he got the chassis and money for me to give him more, so he can rip me off again. i said no thats not going to happen. leave me alone i am taking action on this and i am contacting the ic3 i believe. DO NOT LET HIM TELL YOU WHAT TO DO!!!!
IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM CONTACT THEM AND THEY WILL HELP YOU OUT!!!! although i still have never gotten my money or the chassis back.

anyone interested in mounts and stuff the close up of the mounts are ingraved with f for forward or front. i did not put them there, that is how they come.

I wonder if the local law enforcement in his area could help, might be worth contacting them & informing them of the situation ( since you have evidence that he scammed you ).

you know ebay, the buyer is allways right!!!! i think it is alittle lopsided. to much power for the buyer.

Hell, i have a like new UE lightning stuffed under a rack somewhere in the shop here. If I could get 8 bills for it, I would sell it in a heartbeat! Same goes for the VBS(without the towers, as i preferred lower profile towers when i raced my truck). :)
