Video coming of my baja running with two actual baja's.
One is a 30.5 and the other has a 28.5 motor. They did start to pull past me on the top end. Defiantly getting a kb motor I am very happy with the chassis though, it handled great. They even commented how mine has better handling then theirs.

It looks nice, but definitely looks to need more power. Can't wait to see more vids!

Yeah yours should have far better handling just because it weighs so much less.

That does sound like a challenge that an E-Baja can't hang with your weedwacker-Baja.

I don't think I would take that bet if I were you cause we all know that it can be done, it's just a matter of $$$$ and electrics always win

lol

We'll see... I just ordered a kb-45 10L. I might run 6s3p a123 with it. His gas baja is fast, but I like a challenge Video will be up Monday night.

i know the power of brushless setups. b4 i moved into largescale cars thats what i had. the mega 22/45/2 he is going to try came from me. its a power house it pushed a 12lb 43" catamaran running on 22 cells to 39mph and was pulling less than 30 amps. my other baja not the black one in the vid he is going to post has a fully ported billet reed case motor that is 27.2cc around 7hp est. so im not too worried right now. plus if one loses ill just try another.

Ok finally got the vids up. They are short and not very good. I will get better, longer footage when I get my kb45-10L. I am wondering now if I should have just went with a kb8xl instead. Oh well hopefully I'm satified with the 10L. This was my first full run and it did great. I got a solid 20 minutes of run time and no breakage at all. http://s283.photobucket.com/albums/k...t=DSCN6299.flv

Thanks. It weighs 13lbs rtr. With a 9xl 20/66 gearing and 6s2p a123. I am thinking of of going 6s3p with my new motor, but thats 18 cells. Or maybe just 7s2p if the MMM ever comes out.

That really does look like a baja. The main difference I can see is the wheels. I'm trying to get some wheel adapters at the moment so I can run baja wheels on my electric savage.

And yes with a bigger motor and a few more cells possibly I'm sure you can beat the silly weed wackers.
