We all are waiting for this Monster Maxx to come! When it comes, ohh will I jump to get it! I'll jump like a little school girl even if it takes that to get it :005:
Really if it can withstand 10C Li-Pos, are you really going to be able to handle the power? Not only will you need a lot of room, but a lot of tires! :027:
I'm going to be using MaxAmps 7-Cell IB4200's to start off. Since they fried, I mean fried, the stock Titan motors, (A whole heap of smoke was coming up from under the body of my E-Maxx) I can't wait to see what they do to the Monster Maxx:028:

People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

From what I understand, they were having trouble getting the motor to work the way they wanted it to. If that's the case, I wish they would just put the esc on the market w/o the motor. Then put the motor out when it's good to go. Summer is a long time to wait for this setup.

Hey GorillaMaxx . . . did you really want to know more about the HB Lightning Stadium 10? I saw you posted a question about anyone having one and I replied. Then, there wasn't any more about it. Is there something you would like to know that I might be able to help with?

i was looking at this because i needed a car to race in the nitro stadium class at my LHS. I was looking at this because it was classified as a stadium and it was 4WD with this in mind i thought i might give me an edge on the competition because it is 4WD VS the other 2wds i will be racing with . I will be racing on road with (2) GT2's (1) jato 3.3 and (1) XXXN-T i was just wanting something that would keep up with these and would handle better than them for a better chance at a win. Please PM me or post all the information you have got on these baby's i will read it all. tell me all of the facts, tips, tricks, do's, donts, goods, and bads ect... It will help me in my decision. Right now i have decided on the jato but if there is some good info you have got that is very descriptive and helpful i might change my mind. THANKS A TON

Hey, no problem. Since this isn't a thread on the Lightning 10, I'll try to be quick. You're right - the 4wd system is a huge advantage. If I was a better driver, I would be able to keep up with the 1/8 scale buggies at our track. I've put on some Snake Eyes tires, and some threaded shocks from a Duratrax Evader (rear shocks). I had to limit the play of them to shorten them about 1/4". Still not ideal, but better than stock.
Basically it is very fast, and with those tires (the stock ones are horrible) it handles excellent. I get a bunch of people at the track saying things like . . . "hey, what is that?" or something to the effect of "holy $%#@ that's fast - what is it?". Very durable too. With the same driver, it will easily smoke the Jato or any of the others you've mentioned. It's really a 1/10 scale truggy - not a stadium truck. Very durable too. If you want to know more or any photos, I could either e-mail you or start a new thread. Good luck!

Huh?
I know that if you are linked to a thread that was found as the result of a search, it will highlight the search phrase. Is that what you mean?
