Strange I am doing my xt8 conversion and the bottom of the chassis hits the diff when i tighten the diff rear to chassis, when I loosen it, I can then move the shaft? what gives

OOPS suicideneil figured out before I inspected it thouroughly I set the diff the opposite way and not into the groove in the chassis oops and gotta get it done I want the 1717 castle

Bottom of diff original xray to xt8 havent even put it together yet and its already bottomed outOK gurus what gives Suicideneil probably already knows

Hard to tell from those photos- use the macro setting ( little flower ) to get a good in-focus close up. I'd also go ahead and intall the rest of the unit to see if it rubs anywhere else, but I'd definately say that spur looks huge- what tooth count is it?

Scratch on the RCM chassis from not putting the diff in the correct way OOPS the other day what the hey first build> ok thats what the grooved area is for LOLthats bottom part is my leg since you guys are quick to pick apart lol

After further extreme close observation reailize the bracket with the square goes under the center diff to give clearance and the build continues

Save your money. The UE shocks aren't any better than the xray shocks.
