So what screw size do they use? Would the stock pin/screws fit? (I think they are M3).

coolhandcountry 08.31.2005 03:49 PM

I used the ones out of my plastic stockers. I not sure on size. What ever stock is. I hope this helps you. I really like the ue over everything i have tried.

Nick 08.31.2005 04:19 PM

*Confused* What are you using? UE or RDLogics, which are holding stocker pins?

coolhandcountry 08.31.2005 05:22 PM

the rd logics take the stocker. I like ue a little more though.

I fixed this, I filed down the Savage screws, so they have a 2mm pin that goes through the diff' output and an M5 head.

Big questions: The Maximizer 7705 Diffs' for Maxx, are the holes in the diff' output same as stock (2mm) I would be eternally greatful if someone could find this out for me!

Serum 09.02.2005 03:56 PM

It uses stock gears?

coolhandcountry 09.02.2005 04:02 PM

The maximizers i have take the 3 mm screws. Which are a lot stronger. Not sure if all of them are like that.

Serum 09.02.2005 04:17 PM

He's talking about the output drives.. not the ringgear? correct me if i'm wrong..

Nick 09.02.2005 05:06 PM

I'm confused, I should really get a picture!

I'm talking about the differential outputs (the part that sticks out the diff' housing) and I want to know the size of the hole that goes through (where you place the CVD cups on).

Stock ones are 2mm (real small). I'm wanting to know what the size of Maximizer ones are?

If they are 3mm that would be awsome!

Serum 09.02.2005 05:26 PM

does maximizer has got those things?

coolhandcountry 09.02.2005 06:50 PM

The maximizer diff cups have a three mm screw that hold the spur or ring gear to the diff cup.

Right I'm confused!

This is what I am on about:

The small peg in the middle of the 3 parts is the Diff' output that you attach to the CVD cups correct? Is the size of that hole 3mm?

(Sorry if I'm not understanding you coolhandcountry).

here is a pic

Don't worry I think I have confused my self. :lol Are you talking about the hole where the spider gear goes through or the pin that goes through the two spider gears. If you know what I mean.

Nick 09.03.2005 04:40 AM

Oh dear, I have no idea what everyone is talking about, lol.

I can't explain it now! The picture I posted with the middle part (black with a small gear thingy on one end, then a hole at the other end) what does that hole do? It is for the center driveshaft yeh? To attach to the CVD cups? How big is that hole!

I can't explain it any better without pictures, which I don't have!
