The way the novak is set up, there is no drag brake. You hit throttle and it will coast if the slant is steep enough. It hits the brakes at neutral, so there is no proportional brakes. This doesn't work well on steep slopes, as it will coast until you let off- then it slams on the brakes. Some people like it, some people don't.

Interesting, was wondering if you think the crawler esc would work with a 13.5 motor? It looks just like the xbr with a different programming/profile.

A Tamiya connector. I thought that was something I would never have to look at in one of your fine projects, but, whatever.

Sorry, I had not got around to changing it over to deans yet. No fear, it has a deans plug on it now!

Not only that, it's now the light of my life! From now on, whenever I feel down, I'll just think, deep down, that Lincpimp has a deans connector on his brushless CR-01, and then any inner ailment will fade away.....

Wow....

I need to get you a pic of my deans connector collection. I have alot of new and a few used. Maybe a pic of my heat shrink collection would also help with your emotional issues?

BL_RV0 05.30.2008 11:44 PM

It will make me weep with joy! (But, you don't really have to... only do it if you want!)

lincpimp 05.30.2008 11:53 PM

Weeping is good, I guess. This coversation is really going in a direction that I find very uncomfortable. Maybe I am homophobic? Or maybe I find guys crying about electrical connectors a bit strange...

BL_RV0 05.30.2008 11:55 PM

1.) I am not a homo.
2.) It is strange crying about electrical connectors.

3.) are you single?

I would have laughed my ass off if you said that!!!!!

Go ahead and try to tell me that wibblin' is not the most awesome made up word ever. If you say it isn't, you must come up with one that is funnier.
Was that off topic or what???

I trump your "wibblin'" with my "weasel". Just say it a dozen times in a row. It is almost as good as "oodless".

Off topic is great, especially if it is in one of my threads! That way I do not get in trouble!

WTF does wibblin' mean anyway?????

BL_RV0 05.31.2008 12:16 AM

Read the definition in the other thread (Neu and MMM MBX5 thread).
