Should've mentioned they have a new HV esc. It's rated for 12 cells at 70-105a. I don't think it has brakes, but for $75 I don't think you can complain.
http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...idProduct=9130 There's also a HV marine esc with brakes. It's rated for 5-12 cells and 80-180a. I'm not sure how it'd do though without water cooling.... It costs $75 http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...hless_Boat_ESC And we all can't forget the long-loved Turnigy sentilon 100A HV 5-12S esc. It's rated for 100-110 amps. Priced at $100 (usa warehouse $115) http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...idProduct=4691 They also have a High Amp 150-200a 2-6s controller. It's $90. http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s..._Brushless_ESC The biggest one on the site (i think) - 5-12s, 120-180a. $140. http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s..._Brushless_ESC I guess I just made a list of big esc's. Enjoy.:eyes: |
The price on the link says $119.95...
The batterys look pretty good. I might have to order a couple of those 2s 25c packs for the 1/10 racer. |

Those are brand new. No one has tried them yet. By the time someone has some running info they'll be out of stock....
If they're from hobbycity I'd expect zippy quality, which is great. WTF! Forum Glitch! I posted this on another thread and it took me here. Freaky.... A second ago I saw what looked like a smear in the middle of a thread title on the new posts page too.... woah... |
