Any news on option rotor availability for the 1410 and 1415 motors? |
Yea. I'd really like to get my hands on 5mm shaft rotors too. Any chance this will actually happen?
|
Yea, I'm waiting on this too.

+1 on the 5mm option rotor.
Of course this won't delay my purchase, I can run 3mm till the "option" kit comes out.... |
Ditto on the 5mm shaft.

add me to the list of people who would rather have 5mm rotors too

We are currently looking into getting a 5mm rotor "upgrade" put together for the 1410 and 1415. We will most likely not have a 5mm version of those motors in the near future, but the upgrade rotor shouldn't take long to get. It was brought up in the last tech support/engineering meeting and everyone was in agreement to move forward.
The earliest I would expect to see anything hit the market would be 6-8 weeks (in a perfect world). I'm going to keep on top of this project and make sure it doesn't get stalled. It really is fairly simple for us to produce, we just skip the step where they machine down the output shaft to 3mm. We also need to get artwork and packaging put together, but that's fairly easy as well. I will post any pertinent updates as they become available. Thanks!
