man thats soo cool i want to have all these cars trucks and buggies sooo bad thats a cool converion then u could put the 6x6x6 kit on and that would be the only one so far hehe

BrianG 09.24.2006 04:59 PM

Yeah, I see about the brace now. I think for buggies, it would need bolt taps on the sides or something to keep them from flexing apart. How would I go about having Mike make me a set? Do you have any design plans, CNC code, or something?

Serum 09.24.2006 05:02 PM

E-machineshop files.

coolhandcountry 09.24.2006 05:11 PM

Mike has the file. He can use it to do same design as what you see. Just ask him. He made a savage mount for some one off one of my designs to. :D I don't mind cause it helps every one out.

Serum 09.24.2006 05:12 PM

You still use emachineshop, right?

BrianG 09.24.2006 05:16 PM

Cool, thanks! I'll shoot him an email about that. I'm also going to see if he can add bolt taps on the sides. I guess if he can't, I could do it I suppose.

coolhandcountry 09.24.2006 05:19 PM

Sure do rene. It is free and I know how to work it. :D

I got mine bolted on sides. I didn't have mike drill no holes for i had some in the chassis already.

BlackedOutREVO 09.24.2006 05:31 PM

how much does it usally cost to do this? i want to do a mini quake chassis but i had always thought it was too much money?

coolhandcountry 09.24.2006 08:04 PM

It really varies from the design and size of material. Mike is a reasonible price on stuff. I can say one thing. It is far better than last set up. But last was only a temp any way. hope to get a video of it soon.

coolhandcountry 09.26.2006 08:59 PM

I couldn't get rc pics to do right. I signed up and joined photo bucket.
here is a link to vid. It is not great quality but shows the truck some. Enjoy!!!http://s107.photobucket.com/albums/m...rdiff_0001.flv

About your mini-quake chassis. If you draw it 2d in acad you can have it laser-cut relative cheap and easy. if you want to make it from cf, you need to find a resource that can water-cut or that has a CNC mill.

It looks funny, with that truck being all over the place, flying left/right/left right..

coolhandcountry 10.25.2006 07:47 PM

I am thinking of a new chassis for this truck. I was thinking a little longer.
Lower cog to. Do something like the sneek's flame maxx. What do you peeps
think? Any ideas.
