The list just keeps growing!

I just added another to my list of “won’t ever buy from again” and it is yet another Hong Kong shop (go figure LOL). This time it's for reasons of dishonest business practice. The Co. is Rcmart aka Dinball and their scam is an old one with a new twist, it’s basically bait and switch but their twist to the old scam is they don’t just draw you in with inventory they don’t have, they take your money first and then want you to buy something else from their inventory and if there is nothing else you need they inform you that it will take 2-3 weeks before they will refund your money because of “their so called mistake” in hopes that this will persuade you to purchase something anyway. This is despicable business practice but from what I have read and heard is becoming much more common place in today’s impersonal Internet market place. And for those of you that have had a great experience with this Co. and feel compelled to tell everyone, let me just say in advance…How wonderful for you! Yea I’m pissed.

GEORGEC,
From this post and previous posts ,it seems that maybe you should do a bit more research before your next purchase "your input is valued but always negative prior to positive".I am waiting for the fans that you suggested to use in certain castle products to come back in stock. No disrespect intended at all:wink:

georgec 07.07.2010 07:30 PM

Just call em like I see em :na: In my defence I have posted some positive reviews on Monster Mikes conversions and such

bryan 07.07.2010 08:06 PM

+1 on MIKES products,I should be getting another MUGGY mount tomorrow or fri.

Finnster 07.07.2010 08:19 PM

I've bought some parts off them from ebay. They were useful as they had parts I couldn't find anywhere else. OTOH, one spur I bought from them was claimed to be OEM, but it didn't fit the diff properly at all, and they just gave some BS runaround to how they would fix it. Spent a lot of time on it, got nowhere and eventually I told them to GFTS.

eh.

Bondonutz 07.07.2010 08:58 PM

Dinball sucks for sure, I delt with them bastards years ago.

If purchased on Ebay send seller a email telling them what you want (refund) then file claim for item not recieved and click the box for wanting a refund. Wait till seller responds and then look for the option to escalate claim for ebay to handle it. Add note that communication is impossible with seller due to comunication breakdown/translation problems. You "should" get a immediate refund via Ebay.
I did this a couple weeks ago with a Xenon Headlight kit I bought for my wifes car, after argueing with the seller via broken english and terrible translations I decide to let ebay handle it. I got my $130.00 refund back within minutes and kept the kit ! I'll buy the kit elsewhere and have 2 ballasts and some parts to spare. Win Win !

Seems dishonest to me, you should only get a refund if you returned it or did not receive it. Maybe someone needs to report this to ebay. Win Win my a55, someone has to pay for it! Ebay will just have to raise the fees to support welfare cases like you and the rest of honest people have to pay for it, thanks alot!

Your calling me a welfare case ? Bite my fat hairy ass cheek you tool smoocher.

Hope you fall off your soap box and land on your head.

WTF is so wrong about ebay giving me a refund because their emails make zero sense and didnt ask I retrun the item. Besides, ever ship anything to HongKong, it cost a small fortune ! Keep trying to make me feel guilty because it sure as hell aint working. :na:
Besides, I've paid my dues and ben ripped off enough times on Ebay it's about dam time I got something back for nothing.

bryan 07.07.2010 10:48 PM

^^TOOL SMOOCHER WTF IS NEXT:lol:

Bondonutz 07.07.2010 11:18 PM

Of course it takes somthing of this nature to get Hippie interested ??

brushlessboy16 07.07.2010 11:30 PM

Wow I watched this thread go down the gutter... Wheres linc to make me laugh...

_paralyzed_ 07.08.2010 02:56 AM

I understand bdebde's point, it could have been made a little nicer.

If Bondo was constantly scheming and trying to "get over" on someone than the verbal attack would have been warranted, but as it was an isolated incident with zero context to previous or future dealings it was quite harsh.

Bondo man- language!! We're still in Mike's playground here. Maybe bdebde just had a bad day?

Go to your corners, regroup and come out swinging!

I actually read that entire thread, and just about the only other person that has more than an ounce of common sense is TTech. Everyone else is just a bunch of kids talking big behind the safety of their mom's computer.

DCastaneda 07.08.2010 12:06 PM

Everyone over on rctech is a bandwagon jumper. It wasn't until recently that people openly supported Zippy lipos over there. Before then they would smite you for even mentioning off brand lipos. Funny that they're now speaking so highly of another HK store. At least their BST forums are decent.

Do you think his mouth is that big? I wonder if any of Harold's "marital aides" would fit in there, seeing as they are likely the "expert" models.

redshift 07.08.2010 10:40 PM

I'll give the thread a 4 star rating for insult originality.

y'all are still quite fokked in ze head however...

Well I for one will never do business with RC-Monster. Have you seen that forum?

OMG what a joke..

Little do they know that even the most noobish of the rcm members knows more about BL than they do... There is a wealth of knowledge (mainly in my threads) that can be unearthed if you are capable of deciphering the witty banter (and what Bondoscrot says).

If we really wanted a fun time here we would send jayjay alot of booze and let him spend his days posting here. You need to be a cunning linguist (no, not cunniligis) to understand him!!

That was pretty funny last time JayJay came on here. His posts were random, jumbled vulgarity! Lots of fun there!

_paralyzed_ 07.09.2010 01:24 PM

you are all sick, sick individuals. I'm taking my horse marital aids and going home.:na:

georgec 07.10.2010 10:19 AM

Hey Bondonutz...can't say that without a little grin for some reason! Anyway I just wanted to say thanks, after just threatening to open a dispute with paypal dimballs refunded my money within hours instead of weeks. Really sucks to have to go through all this crap just to have what is mine returned

Bondonutz 07.10.2010 10:33 AM

Good deal, to many people roll over and take it in the backside when it comes to dealing with the over seas sellers. Glad it worked out for you.

The other forum, what a uptight little bunch they are ? No jokes or ball breakin' over there, Sheesh ?

georgec 07.10.2010 10:40 AM

Yea the place is full of trolls that have nothing better to do and even less to say that makes any sense!
