Need alittle info on A123(graphs would be great)

I would like to know what is a good number for a123 voltage drop on a 20-30 amp discharge? Higher or lower amps would be fine just need a rough idea.

Check out rcgroups.com they have plenty of graphs on the A123 cells.

This might help you. It shows my 5s2p a123 pack over a 4400mAh run in my E-maxx. The pack started at 16V because it wasn't fully charged.

You're looking at the average voltage drop for each Amp unit.

20A, it dropped from 16V to about 15.4V.
30A, it dropped from 16V to about 14.8V.

my 4s2p packs on 100A spikes dropped to 10.2V if thats helpful... since sold them for that reason - and they dont fit!!
