what connector size

hi guys
i need a bit of advice. i have some 5.5mm and 4mm bullet connectors along with some fake deans but which is best for a mamba max with 4s lipos and a 2000kv motor? i can get a hold of some 8mm and 6mm connectors but will they offer better performance ?
should i use 4mm with batteries and 5.5mm with the motor? also are fake deans any good or will they not cope with the current draw?

thanks richard

I'd go deans for battery as like having polarized connections...

If it is a medusa motor the wires are pretty small so 4mm is probably ok - personally I swapped all of my motor connections now to 5,5mm. If starting out from scratch I'd go there.

Another Limey

does it matter that they are fake deans like these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BEST-Deans-typ...1%7C240%3A1318
will i see any difference between those and 4mm bullet connectors? and i am careful with the right polarity now after blowing 3 speedos in 1 day once :surprised:
