Hong Nor X1 CRT!

Hi guy's..New to the forum and thought i'd share my latest creation!Swapped this roller pro kit for a savage 25.Was in perfect condition and only used at one NATS last year..

Running 80amp EZrun combo with 3665 2300kv motor.Using Intellect 4600mah 20c lipo's..Had all of this in my e-savage and was just to powerful and got fed up with snapping shafts and diffs.E-savage RTR was round 4.45kg and the truggy is just over 4.3kg.So its light! In my e-savage with this setup temps was round 50-80deg F on ESC and 70-100 deg F on the motor depending on conditions and air temp.So it ran nice and cool so should work just fine here!

On to the pics.

Nice mount, i specialy like that "extra" mounting point in front of motor.

MetalMan 09.20.2009 03:13 PM

Yeah, that extra mounting point is a nice touch! Should help to keep the motor mount from bending in a bad front end collision. Nice work!

DonovanP 09.20.2009 03:56 PM

Thanks guy's..The mount is solid for sure..

Looks great, wise idea installing the set up in the more durable truggy platform. You should have a lot more fun to because the truggy will handle much better also.:great:
