17mm wheel nuts
 

Hey guys,

I'm trying to find out if all the wheel nuts for 17mm hex hubs are the same. These are for the normal 17mm hubs on most 1/8th scale buggy/truggy, not the crappy ones on the savage...

I'm looking for some spares for my mugen, and I might start trying to convert my savage. So tired of those weird super wide flange nuts that keep the wheels on now. So I guess this would be M12?

I seem to remember a looooong time ago, someone was loaning someone else a nut, but it didn't fit right.

Googled for awhile but I was having a hard time wording it correctly. If they are different, is there a list of compatibility somewhere?

Here is a list of fine thread (12x1.0) compatible.

I've used those in the past, no problems. I also use the JConcepts closed end wheel nuts.

I'm curious if anyone has tried to use the course thread closed end wheel nut on an EMaxx or Tmaxx?
I don't know if the depth is deep enough or for the EMaxx axle.

Thanks for that product listing bdebde, seems like many of the big brands and using the fine thread type. Good to know! Will have to add that to my wish list so I don't forget it!
