yeh, that will work, thats how mine is set up. if you dont want it to wheelie put the batteries stacked on the front end of it.
Looks good, but if i were to do a one side battery compartment, id stack the batteries.
when you dampen the suspension, nothing gets in the way? if so your doing good, next is what holds the batterys down? just a bump or jump or steering the truck wil make the battery jump inside your body.
everything seems ok, just make something to hold the batts down. |
duct tape holds all.!!
LOL!
Zip-ties do wonders.. ;) |
lol hahahaha i like it:p
what..?
Zip ties or duct tape? LOL |
lol both.....
thanks for the help, i just put it together, hope to test soon , ill let you know, if i stack the batterys it wont be as evenly weighted? but well see in a couple weeks
no rub issues, its an extended chassis, hope the motor will weight the other side... heavy on batt side
well what motor you using ? my feiago 8xl weights more then 1 pack , so i stack both packs toawards the rear so it evens more, thats prolly why it flips ! :P
then if you use the motor on one side then it would be a good idea to put everthing else on the other, (motor, esc, servo, reciver, ect....)
what i do to evenly balence it is to....simple put three or four fingers where i think the middle of the chassis is and pick it up, what ever tilts to a side isn't well distrubuted. |
Well, if you centered the battery on the side and stacked the other on top it wouldnt be a problem.
