It just sounds like it's still very early in the developement/proving stages.

I'm sure we'll see laptop & cellphone batteries long before something RC compatible.......or maybe we'll be strapping HP Laptop batteries on our monster trucks??? LOL!

The bad press Lipo/ion is getting lately in the consumer market, could be the boost they need

these could be a possiblity in the future for great use in other items beseded s=just rc.
