i am almost done it, just test ran so great.
just need battery hold.

And still messing around trying to get the plastic gears to work. If your spur/pinion lasts a long time, I might just get a hardened steel pinion - although finding a Mod1 1/8" bore pinion seems a bit of a challenge. Not even the dreaded FD carries them.

pinion gear is our made some,we made a gear is easy in TAIWAN.
only one consideration is steel material must be over spur.

like i said, we have a lot people made 1/8 CRT truggy conv to BL.
setup like same, all of run stock spur and this pinion gear over 5 or 7 month
pinion gear good and fine not eat anything.

Very nice job!! They seem to be the perfect size to mess around with... not quite as big as 1/10, but not so small as 1/18 so that they always flip.
