Can there be 13mm rotor when std is 12.5mm

Thank you boys, by switching to std gearing reduced the heat by half.
Even when the car bashed around, showed ESC no more than four LEDs after 5-7 minutes.
So I learned more about gearing

oh, now I have so many different pinion in Mod-1 and really very happy with it.
There are no rules for the engine, it's an okay great track with good jump and long sides to speed.
