A LV setup need a smooth finger to spare some mAh and limit amp spikes.

The point is that HV voltage runs not necessarily cooler... For the motor it's pretty much the same, although the ESC is a little cooler with HV...

? the 4082 is rated for 450gr, the 1520 is rated for 484gr. The rotor of the 1520 is a little longer so theoritically the 1520 handle more power. But the 4082 is a good choice too.
