I heard from an inside source the sidewinder sc esc is actually closer in capability to the original mamba max. Is this true? What kind of power handling are we looking at?

I've been using my 1800 with one of my mmpros and it works great. Geared for 40 my motor hits about 160 and esc 140. If you do decide to upgrade the esc the mmpro is a nice option.

Yeah that setup works awesome in my mbx. Ill be trying it in my MP9 to try and isolate the source of the problem. If it works well, I'll have to send in my 2200 combo again I guess.
